Naive packages payments, business email, phone numbers, cloud infrastructure and US LLC incorporation behind a single API, designed for coding agents -- Cursor, Anthropic's Claude Code, Codex -- to call directly when a developer prompts them to spin up a real company, not just a demo app. The pitch is that shipping code has gotten fast enough with AI agents that the bottleneck is now everything around the code: entity formation, banking, compliance.

The traction numbers are the more interesting part of the story than the round size: more than 30,000 developers signed up within months of launch, and annual run-rate revenue grew roughly tenfold to the low double-digit millions over the six months ending in August. Founders Sean Dorje and Dennis Zax are 20-year-old UC Berkeley dropouts who've worked together since age 14 -- a founder story that reads like a caricature of 2026 AI-agent startups, except the revenue growth is real and independently reported, not a projection.
