I like picks-and-shovels bets on categories where nobody's sure which specific company wins -- simulation tooling for robotics is exactly that, since it doesn't matter to Antioch whether Figure or Unitree or the next humanoid startup ends up on top, only that all of them need to test in software before burning capital on physical iteration. The risk is that a well-funded player just builds this in-house once they're big enough.
